[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom — Unwanted deduction done by company

I am Manjot Singh Bhatia, Using reliance gsm service no is [protected]. this mobile no is from maharashtra and at presenti am in chattisgarh. on dt 21 nov 2014 company had deduction of rs 10 2 times total amount is 20rs. when i called to customer care then tell me that they can not take my complaint. they already accepted that it is wrongly charged my company but b'coz i was not call within three days so that we will not refund you this much of amount.. they regularly deducted 10 rs from my account, on 18 and 19nov they charged for same 10 10 rs and after my call they refunded. but now they given me unusefull reason. hope to get positive response..
