[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunication — To refund wrongly/ illegally deducted (again on 25.06.16 & 26.06.16, rs.10 /- & rs. 20/- (total rs. 30/-) respectively) sim balance | |||
Sim balance of rs. 10/- and 20/- (Total rs. 30/-) again got deducted Wrongly/ illegally by reliance telecommunication on 25.06.16 & 26.06.16 respectively. My name is praveen singh chauhan. My reliance pepaid gsm sim account balance of rs. 10/- + 20/- (= 30/-) got wrongly/ Illegally deducted again on 25.06.2016 & 26.06.2016 respectively (No Any intimation For deduction). Earlier, my sim account balance money of rs.20/-was deducted wrongly/ Illegally on 20.06.2016 & 23.06.2016 recently and many times before. So, please arrange to refund the illegally deducted account balance Money back to my account. Following are the details:- Gsm no. On which the money was deducted:- [protected] Name: praveen singh chauhan Location:- distt.- jhalawar, rajasthan Above mentioned are the four incidents of wrongly deduction of gsm sim Account balance happens to me latest. Reliance communication had done Ame wrong sim balance deduction to me in the past also. Also, i have called your 198 complaint no. To refund my balance Amount back but not able to talk with your customer care executive by Diallig ivr 119 over complaint no 198 as your ivr 119 option to talk To cce is being overlapped with ivr saying please dial*111# or online. That is why i am not able to talk to your customer care executive to Get my balance amount refunded. Therefore, fault mistake is of Reliance telecommunication of first wrong sim balance amount deduction And second changing options on 198 as the result of which customer not Able to talk to cce for refund. Therefore, it's reliance telecommunication responsibility to refund The wrongly deducted sim balance amount beyond the 24 hr. Limit as Reliance telecommunication cc removed customer and cce talking Facility on 198 Was this information helpful? | |||
