[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunications — Data recharge benefits not received | |||||
Hello, I m the holder of reliance prepaid number [protected]. On 13 aug 2016 i made an online recharge of rs 249 for 1gb 3g/4g data for 28 days after checking reliance recharge website.. But i received 2g data that to jus 500mb. Tried calling customer care on *333 but could not connect to customer care representative. Then i mailed the same complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com.
