Updated by Astha Singh Received a call at 4pm from reliance asking about the complaint details. The representative said that I should have received 1gb data in 2 installments 500mb same day and remaining 500mb next day.. She said she will check if same was credited next day and will give a call bac... Its been one and a half hour but no cal yet... She was sounding extremely confused

I m writing this complaint again today as the earlier one was not addressed.

I m the holder of reliance prepaid number [protected]. On 13 aug 2016 i made an online recharge of rs 249 for 1gb 3g/4g data for 28 days after checking reliance recharge website.. But i received 2g data that to jus 500mb. Tried calling customer care on *333 but could not connect to customer care representative. Then i mailed the same complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com. But no response came... Please help as soon as possible
