Reliance Telecommunications — Deduction of data balance and amount. balance

What the hell company. Again and again they are deducting my balance. But now they much more than deduction. Yesterday i do recharge of 175rs. In whichi get 1.75gb(instead of 3.5gb)
2. They wholly forfeit my data balance .
Its a shame on company that they are not able to provide good service to customers.
