Recently, i have experienced difficulty with the employee ( in the billing zone) of the shop as she is not able to communicate with the customer with proper attitude and patience. This is not the first time I am experiencing this problem. This problem should be addressed properly if not the customer will leave the shop in regret....

On 4th February, i have done shopping on reliance trends for 5571 and i have paid the amount through Paytm, the amount got deducted from my account but the session expired.

Not too long a ago a sales man contacted me saying that he found my number on the receipt and has been trying to contact with new numbers every time i have blocked him. I bought a pullover on 12th Jan 2022 without trying. Yesterday I wore it and found that there was a hole in it so i went today at the store with the tag and showed them.
