Reliance — unable to receive upc code-reliance telecom | |||||
My number is [protected]. I am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "unable to send message” message. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I have called to customer care for this problem and every time they disconnected the calls. Today[protected] i have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. I will lodge complain in consumer forum if reliance will not give me the porting code within 2 working days. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. Was this information helpful? | |||||
