I purchased Reliance Wireless internet service and was promised a speed og upto 14 mbps, which I never received. Anyhow I was using it with a pathetic speed and even the customer care was pathetic in helping me.
Come December, and I was not even able to connect to internet. Complained 5 times and every time I was being served with a different (unsatisfactory) story. When tried to speak to customer care, they would be abusive or unhelpfull. Tried live chat option, but agents would come and just log off. I am not getting a slow speed but I am unable to connect to internet all together. And then they shall send me monthly bills. (Shameless). None of the agents are able to assist me and then will send feedback sms, which wont work if I chosse NO option (for not satisfied).
I want them to rectify the problem within 24 hour, or get [censored]ed off and disconnect their service without any further service, phone calls or bills.
