The person which called me from technical team said that the dongle works fine and it is issue with my Laptop. The laughable matter is that in my laptop (Docomo max wifi, Airtel 4g, Reliance Net Connect+) works and only the Pro 3 does not work. So the explanation given by the technical team is completely inaccurate.
Finally after many persuasion ( I had talked to 16 CC guys and 2 Floor manager: I have their name) as the dongle didn't work, i put a request for closure. The reliance people are asking me Rs 440 for 267 MB of data consumption. When each time a CC guys asks me to do some change in my laptop and connect the reliance dongle some data is bound to get consumed. Thus 267 mb got consumed. So i am asking if i could not use the dongle at all why to pay? I have raised request to give me a waiver on it. The request number is[protected].
On top of it even after closure of account i got another bill of Rs. 628 and upon asking the same it is told that they will take a look at it. I would advise to the people who ever are reading it not to take Reliance Pro 3 as it does n't work. Even if it works(as told by some of my collegue) the speed is max 500 KB.
