[Resolved]  The Yellow Chilli — Awful experience at Yellow Chilli Restaurant, Greater Noida

Dear, I want to share the horrific experience we had, when I visited the Yellow Chilli restaurant yesterday evening accompanied by 15 colleagues (all employees of LG Electronics India Ltd.). We got a fixed package of alcoholic Drinks , Snacks & Dinner from Restaurant Manager (Mr. Naveen). But during the event we had a chain of terrible experiences of High unprofessionalism , bad service & hostility from the staff. Please refer below for summary of bad experiences: 1. Vegetarian persons were served Chicken and was told by the waiter that it was cheese. My colleagues only came to know after one of them had taken a bite. 2. Restaurant tried to serve the same stale portion of Chicken snacks dish three times, which we repeatedly returned & requested for fresh dish.When fresh dish came out from the kitchen , it was taken to the serving / bill desk and we saw that the waiter mixed the same stale dish into the new one and again served. We complained and he agreed that he did this mistake and apologised. 3. In the end when I requested for one portion of dal Makhani & two Butter nans for my dinner, I was served Yellow dal instead. I again requested for Dal Makhani and my colleague saw that the waiter picked the dal Makhni dish from some other table & served to us. When he complained, the waiter send " yeh hi hai agar khana hai to khao". 4. The waiter used abusive language & also pushed my colleague before running to the basement of the Restaurant. My colleague was angered by him and he chased him downstairs.I also went there to solve the issue and soon Restaurant employees (Mr. Naveen & Mr. Roshan) came in.At that time only heated argument was going on & nobody hit anybody. 5. Then the restaurant called in three bouncers who threatened to hit us with baseball sluggers.My colleague was punched and manhandled & we were pushed upstairs by the bouncers in presence of Restaurant Employees.
