I am a very old and regular customer of Richfeel. Recently I came to know that it's centres at Noida, Indirapuram and Preet vihar Delhi got closed without any intimation. Today when I called one of the staff of Preet vihar to enquire about my treatment, he told me about this.

I have invested a huge amount of money already in your company, currently I am taking PRP treatment package costing about Rs. 20000 and ice cube also. Now whom shall I contact for continuing my treatment further.

Please refund my money back to my account immediately, this is very unprofessional on part of Richfeel to harass their customers
