Dear Team, We are existing customer of Richfeel. We bought the system from you, was in touch with Mrs Vandana, Manager of Richfeel Noida 18. I feel the managerial staff is quite poor at Sec 18 branch. Although after showing what kind of system we want still it was not good product. We requested to change or replace the system but your manager tels that she cannot help it. You need to manage with this. This is very rude behaviour from manager's end. I request to kindly resolve our query Asap or take an action.
