After consulting a several clinics I chose Richfeel for my PRP treatment as I have taken a TST+ treatment here a few years back. However after consulting the doctor the receptionist gave me no time to decide and made a six sittings plan for PRP along with stem cell treatment that costed around 30k along with medicines worth 6k.
They made an EMI and told me will contact for my next sitting on weekend.
Well initially I was contacting them to ask for my medicines dosage that I forgot to ask during consultation. I kept on calling the clinic for one week but couldn’t connect to anyone as number was either switched off or busy.
Finally I called them on Saturday and was informed that my PRP session is scheduled for the same day.
I was somehow prepared for it without being informed beforehand.
Furthermore, i reached the clinic at 4 pm as informed that my appointment is scheduled for this time to which I waited till 5.15 for my blood sample collection.
I am just 30 and really concerned about my hair, therefore I have no confidence in this clinic.
Please help me either get good results to which I paid for or I request to kindly refund my amount in full. Was this information helpful? |
