Richfeel Trichology Centre — Fraud - Money Not Refunded

I’m a patient who took their services and the I’m going through loss of my money these people do not respond to emails I have paid my bill and they don’t provide me services as their was lockdown and now they are not refunding my amount nor they are giving me services and they are non operational in Hyderabad all the clinics have TO-LET boards and they not responding to emails no products issued I tried calling on helpline numbers and they say only email is form of contact. I want my money back or my services or products
I would give them last chance next I m going to file a legal proceeding as the amount is not less in my case
