Richfeel Trichology Centre — Inconvenience caused in the procedure | |||
This is to notify you that I m fed up with the service you have been providing to me. I had enrolled for the lazer treatement in the month of March, since then I have only been treated foe 1 session. Post that suddenly the Vashi branch shut down due to unavailibility of the doctor, later aftr too many follow ups I get to know that the Clinic is shut down. Now on 1st of July aftr giving continuous calls I got to know that they are opereating from kharghar branch... Today I get a call from the concerned person stating all the 3 machines at kharghar branch dont work. Am I a fool to you guys? Or do you think you are the smartest . While taking the money your area manager Miss. Nilofer has the guts to say " aj k aj paisa bharo nai toh ye offer nai denge " Like dude what behaviour is this. You guys need us to pay the entire amount at once but when it comes to customer satisfaction... Its all poof ... Gone! I have not even been provided with the receipt and the offer. I want to u to reconsider that 1 treatment in a flow with other sessions. Coz its of no use now as due to ua negligence and mismanagement there has been a gap of 4 months in the procedure. Expecting a revert asap. And I want my session to be done twmrw it self as per the scehdule and by the person alloted to me i.e saba ansari on the given tym.
