I order a DHT kit on 19th April and got a confirmation on same day. Today is 4th May and I've no clue where my order is. My family got covid+ve, I cremated my father last week, yet I had to be on call with 6-7 people from Richfeel to somehow get an answer. Nobody is listening to me, nobody is helping, just saying template reply "I understand". I've begged for my money back to multiple people just so that I don't have to call these ### everyday.
