Richfeel Trichology Centre — Poor customer service

Hi this is Vidhi Parikh. I had paid for my hair fall treatment at richfeel versova clinic. It is shut since the month of April and since then they haven't message or called for their service. I recently called to check for which they are not answering. When I emailed them after a point they stopped responding as I asked them for the refund and now they are telling me that the versova clinic is going to shut down and compensating me for Santacruz branch which is very far for me. I need my refund back as soon as possible.

We still have not gotten any update, please let us know on the resolution as it has been a gross violation of our trust. If no response is received in a few days we will escalate the same to the appropriate authorities
