I have deposited Rs.60000/- in the rajouri garden clinic of the company for getting hair transplant, however for some reasons i could not take the services of hair transplant and requested to the company for refund. Since my wife was also getting treatment from the same clinic, the company had issued me the credit note instead of giving refund of my deposit with the understanding that the cost of treatment of my wife and the cost of products and medicines will be adjusted against the credit note. some payments have been adjusted on this mode and thereafter COVID-19 started. after COVID-19 when we have visited the clinic, the officials have denied to give any service, and products against my credit note and told us that since the management has been changed we cannot give any product, service or refund of previous credit notes. i have also written a email to the company but there is no response from the company side.
