Richfeel Trichology Centre — Refund of the payment made to Richfeel

I would like to bring to your kind notice that my husband, Mr. Vinod, had made payment for a hair transplant surgery B 18855963 at Richfeel sector 18 Noida branch.

We had visited Noida branch on 13 July 2019 for consultation. After going through the initial check of the hair, we were told that the only remedy was hair transplant surgery. My husband had informed them that he is a diabetic and was on medication since long. We were then told that there is a scheme available and if we make payment that day itself we’ll get some discount and were told to deposit the money. Accordingly we made the payment (copy of the receipt attached).

After making payment we were told to get certain pathological tests done and that only on the basis of the test report they can proceed with the surgery (particularly the sugar level should be within the stipulated range and HB a/c should be around 6).

If they would have said this before making the payment we would have given a second thought as my husband’s sugar level is always on the higher side and his HB a/c has never come below 9. I think no person would make payment in advance when he or she knows about their own medical condition

Here one more thing I would like to mention that whenever a surgery or procedure is to be done, normally one is advised to get the tests done first and then if the report is up to the mark, only then the doctor recommends to go for the surgery or procedure and when it is decided to go for the procedure, one is asked to deposit money.

Here at your Sector 18 Noida branch, I could only sense that they were keen to take money from the customer without even thinking about the medical condition of the customer.

Infact it’s been almost 3 years since we deposited the money and there was no call from Richfeel asking us whether we would like to go with the surgery or would like a refund of the money deposited by us.

Initially a doctor in-charge was being consulted and some monthly consultation was done.

But, on their own, they never called or enquired about whether we were willing to get the surgery done.

Now we are not willing to go for the surgery and would like to get the refund of the money deposited by us.

I have been corresponding with the Richfeel customer care after asking for refund of the money but they are just giving excuses like WE are contacting the branch and that we have asked for the pending payment register and so on" ..its been from January 2022 I have been communicating with them but i think no action is being initiated by them.
Now they have stopped replying to my mail.
