This mail is to bring to your notice that I Aditi Tripathi Sarawgi bought two treatment packages from your Sadashiv nagar, Bangalore branch, post repeated confirmation that the services will be delivered in the same branch itself.
The treatments that I applied for were Full Body Laser Treatment which is also called the ice cube treatment and PBT treatment. I made a total payment of Rs. 58028, out of which Rs. 57600 was paid through my card and Rs. 428 were paid in cash. The payments were done on 5th March 2022.
Till date I have only received 3 sessions each for both the treatments and every time getting a booking for the same was nothing less than harrassment as your branch manager Punitha was trying to push me to take the session in the Koramangala branch which is very far from my place. This was precisely the reason why I confirmed time and again that I would like to get the service in the Sadashiv Nagar branch and no where else during the initial discussion with the call centre executive and with Punitha while making the payment for the same. I was reassured in all my conversations that the service delivery branch would be sadashiv nagar only.
My last session was on 11th of June since then there has been no follow up from the clinic end nor were they were able to book me an appointment on my request as well. Now again I am pushed to take sessions in Kormangla branch by your current branch manager Shalini at Sadashiv Nagar Branch as now they do not have the machine also for giving the sessions.
As recommended by Ms. Shalini I would like to get a refund back for the payment done by me as your institution is not able to deliver the services promised at the promised venue and has made me go through a lot of stress and inconvenience for the last 5 months.
Kindly share the break up of the treatment cost and GST. I am fine with paying for the sessions which were delivered to me. But the rest of the amount including the GST paid by me should be reimbursed back to me at the earliest as the fault lies with your institution and after all the harrassment and inconvenience I have been through I should not be also the one taking the hit financially.
