Hello Team,
I taken appointment on 7th, August from richfeel from Koramangala, Bangalore. They have suggested me the treatment and I have made payment but I want continue this treatment I have not taken any session and not used there product. On 7th itself i have mail to customer care to cancel my treatment and also after completing the payment (Credit Card) I have asked for receipt they said will send you in mail but i still didn't get full amount receipt.
From 7th itself i am dropping the mail to customer care and Koramangala team they saying amount is not refundable.
Can someone please help me to get refund because I have not taken any session from them. Was this information helpful? |
