Richfeel Trichology Centre — Scam "Richfeel Koramangala Clinic" try to give different product than what I request, And not responsing when I asked for Refund

Hello, I visited the Richfeel Koramangala Clinic, where I met Seema Singh Bhadoria, the manager. Initially, she said I could get any patch for 25K only. She then asked me to make a booking payment of 18K. After a couple of days, she called me for measurements and to select a patch. The person who was showing me the patch increased the cost from 25K to 33K, stating that I had selected a premium patch (Mirage Illusion Hair Patch). The manager, Seema Singh Bhadoria, informed me that I needed to pay an additional 15K for them to proceed with obtaining the patch, and they claimed it would arrive in 20 days. After 30 days, they called for service, asserting that the patch had arrived. When I went there, they attempted to place a cheap monofilament patch. I questioned their actions and asked for clarification. They tried to convince me that it was the same patch I had selected, but they eventually admitted it was monofilament. At that point, I couldn't trust them and requested a refund, but they are not responding to my request.
