Rimyrah.com — Cause of nuisance by delivering unworthy & low quality items | |||||
I placed an order for coat (AS-566) from online shopping website “Rimyrah.com” on October 17, 2015. I received the product only on October 28, 2015, much later after the reasonable delivery time. The product was listed under the winter collection on Rimyrah's website but the fabric of the coat was not wearable in any weather in any country. I was given the credit note in exchange of the coat. Thereafter, I placed another order for blue lace dress (AS-1283) on December 16, 2015 using the credit note. It's been almost a month now and there is no update on the product till date. I tried calling up at Rimyrah's no. [protected] but no one answers the call most of the times. Rimyrah seems to be just a start up and they are coming up with such negative reviews and irresponsible behaviour. I have been following up with some senior persons of Rimyrah and if I don't get proper response within a week more, Rimyrah might also have to see itself in litigation process very soon.
