Order placed for the dress from www.rimyrah.com on 2nd December 2015 for INR 2110.00. The product was delivered to me 15th December 2015. The dress was defective and the quality of the product was poor. Since 16th December I have been trying to call Rimyrah’s customer service to give me a refund for the defective piece. I understand as per their policy they do not refund the payment made. However in my case the product should not have been defective. I have attached the picture of the same. There is an evident white stitching on the backside of the dress against all the other black thread stitching which looks horrible. I was made to believe by the customer service that the product was being shipped from US but the quality is pathetic for the amount paid. I have returned by dress to Rimyrah.com on 20th December 2015 through their courier service.
I have not been receiving any solution to the above problem. I have been given a run around everytime I call them or thru email communication. It’s been more than a month since I have been dealing with Rimyrah.com; I am tired of explaining and traumatized with their way of dealings. All I expect is my INR 2110.00 to be refunded back to me. I do not want any cash card or exchange after experiencing all this discomfort. Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.
