I have bought a top from them and have returned it for an exchange. Now they are arm twisting me to buy the bigger size in the same product when I don't want it. The piece in realty looks very different from what it looks like on their website... hence asking for exchange for an other item in my size... they are refusing to give it. I have been following up with them over the last 4-5 days with multiple calls but Mr.Vinay or Ms.Sheetal of the Customer serviced are not least bit bothered to even call back and revert of they will give the item I want... no refunds also. Seems like this is a way they bully customers to make their money... very sad indeed.
