I had ordered a upper-ware which turned out to be drastically bad material.Hence I requested them to exchange with some other product.They made a reverse pick up quite late and after that when I had a conversation regarding the product exchange they made a false promise that they would mail me links of products from which I can choose and till now I dint receive any such mail from them and Its been more than a month.They are harassing me like anything.I want an immediate action to be acted upon them for playing around with customers with their cheap tactics.I want my money back ASAP.
