I have ordered a product in sept 16, this was meant to be a gift for my friend, the delivery time told was 7-10 working days, it has yet not been delivered. Calling customer care is a waste, as it takes ages to get through and the only response you get is will be delivered in a week. They apparently have an international warehouse which they own and that is not sending the product. Their own warehouse isnt sending the product!!. When i asked for refund, i was told request will be forwarded and they will advise whether a refund can be done or not.in short no product, no order, no phone call, no email response, no customer care but card has been debited yes.
I thought it was against the law to sell something you do not have in stock. They have to be banned from selling products. Order no [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
