Rimyrah.com — Not refunding money neither sending ordered products more than a month

ORDER # [protected], which was returned on 20 -Sep -2016 in exchange of which i placed another order but till now i have note received any product.
Its been a month now but there is no solution provided by pathetic Rimyrah, I have also sent them number of mails they are not even responding to my mails now.
Why cant they provide a refund and close it if they cant handle exchange of products
