Order for a Dress was placed on Feb 4th. Order was recieved on Feb 6th. However quality of product was so poor and not at all matching the specification of the dress, i arranged for a exchange. For the same i had to follow up atleast 7 calls before which the pickup was made. Finally the codes for exchange order were also shared with the team. They agreed to despatch the same once they receive the return. However later dint even bother to call, just dropped a mail saying as products listed are on sale now, they refuse to give the same. Jabong and Flipkart just add the money to credit and same can be used for any product bought later. First of all website has limited option and on top of it they bifurcate as sale and New In. Please never ever buy from this website. As there products are anyway poor, worst is the service. Sometimes its not about the money you lost, but the time you wasted following up. Worst experience.They only want new customers and have no intention to retain older customers. Please please refrain from buying from this website.
