I am highly disappointed with the service. It been 2 months that I am following on the product. Vinay is the only representative who answers. Have never given me the solution. Neither gets a revert on the email. I got my first order when I did the exchange because your website don't even have a size description. I waited for 2 months and finally I m asking for a refund. For which the only answer I get is refund is not in their policy. My name is Manmeet Chawla.

I got a last mail 2 weeks back that I will get a replacement with in 48hrs for which they will share the codes. However its been 2 weeks now that I haven't received the codes. IF sharing the codes take more than 2 weeks what is the guarantee that I will receive the delivery within 48hrs. I am also not getting any email id where I can raise my concern or speak to the seniors.
I don't know if this complain will really help because emails and social media complaints no where bothers your company. This is very poor customer service. I have given a money for the product which I haven't received so I have a right to get a refund or at least a proper solution.
