I ordered 2 products on 15th Dec-16
Order ID: [protected] Rs 3439/- till date this order has not being delivered to me. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. After writing so many mails and conversations they agreed to refund the money and took my bank details also on 5th Jan-17. But now neither they have refunded the money nor they are replying to my mails. If-fact customer care number given on website during the working hours also no serviceable, the call gets disconnected automatically.
Order ID: [protected] Rs 3120 delivered me a defective product and returned back the product and upon asking for the refund told me we cant refund the money. can provide you with a credit note. But looking at the conditions i want refund for this order also.
I want my refund back asap.
As this website is absolutely fake, unprofessional, cheaters and cannot be trusted for anything. Every information provided on the website is fake and this should be intimated to ministry of e-commerce, govt of India. Was this information helpful? |
