Rimyrah.com — Rimyrah can just not respond about my return product

I had ordered for products in return of one product whose order id is [protected] from the website. The return product has been collected from me, paid money has not been refunded and i dint receive my ordered exchange product as well. I have been calling the number given since long time. It's been an issue unaddressed since a year now. Mails are also not being responded by them. They take ages to respond and now they have completely stopped responding as well which ultimately leads to realisation that it was cheat. Please help resolve this issue. I wish to file a complaint against the owner of rimyrah if my issue still goes unaddressed. I have dropped mails on [protected]@rimyrah.com repeatedly. I expect this forum to help me get back my refund asap. Thanks in advance.
