I bought two items on their website on 18th December. One article was shipped to me on 27th December, with an invoice for both items. I have not received the second item. Furthermore, when I try calling their customer care number no one answers and I have always been on wait for the representative to come on the line and then they tell me they can't accept my call at this time. I have not received a response to my email either.
