Rimyrah.com — Unable to return the product and online payment made so refund pending

I have placed an order with rimyrah and there are issues with the product pertaining to size and material and I am not at all satisfied with the product received and want to return the product and get a refund for the same. I tried contacting the customer care number given on website during the working hours but the call gets disconnected automatically and I am unable to contact anyone from the company. I wrote several mails to them regarding the same but there is no response and my money is still lying with them and I am not able to do anything about it. I need to return the product and claim a refund for the same.
