Rimyrah.com — Not refunding money neither sending ordered product

I have ordered a product 2 months back in this site. They are harassing me like anything. Neither sending me the product nor refunding my money. Not even responding. When I am trying to reach them, they are making false promises to send the product and giving excuses for the delay but till now nothing has happened. Please help.
