I was warned against pathetic and unreliable services from Roam1Mobile, but i still used their services for US and they were just horrible. Their incoming calls were charged twice more than regular ones would charge and overall quality of network coverage and data services were 2 on a scale of 10....

I was trying to recharge my phone with 50$ and nothing is reflected on the number, but the money got all deducted and i got a text also. After several calls and explanations and being harassed on the phone, they cried and credited some 20$ in my account, balance is total loss.. Am assuming this is the only way they make money for their pathetic services !!...

Please use Roam1Mobile’s student plans at your own risk. I have had a really bad experience with these guys with their Singapore plans. They said that the sim will be valid even after inactivity for abt 2 months, but when i got back to my Uni after a month, my sim didnt work. These guys asked my father to pay an additional amount of 10k only to start the services. Glad it stopped working cz i was anyways thinking of ending the contract...

Roam1Mobile is just a horrible and really super expensive prepaid option. I was ensured that with the basic Malaysian plan i would get some 1000 bucks credit free and i obvoulsy paid like a bomb for this and nothing was given free ifact they kept on deducting money on regular intervals saying for active data services which i didnt even switch on!! And guys their customer care sucks big time cz they wont believe anything that you tell them!...

Roam1Mobiles is a horrible option for anyone who is planning on a student connection. I was using their Singapore student plan and trust me its got so many hidden clauses specially the exit clause. The initial 2 months were good with them and then they started inflating the bills and not sharing the itemised copy of the bill and ultimately when they charged my dad’s card for 25k for a month with no bill nothing, we were sure of getting...

Roam1Mobiles are nothing but a bunch of cheats. I lost 50$ recharging my US number and when i called the customer care, the girl was so crass on the call and said that they cannot refund any money cz i cant prove otherwise!! Not only this, their services across NY was disgusting and of no use at all .....

Roam1 Mobiles claim of great network and seamless connectivity is all . I think they are worst than telegrams, atleast the message reaches the requested person. I took Roam1 for Singapore, and it had signal strength. I had to hop and skip to find myself a single bar also. Pathetic services and fake claims !!...

I chose Roam1Mobile thinking i would be connected through my travels across Malaysia!! What a bubble burst experience it was. Seemed like the sim card was some discarded piece of metal that refused to register any signal and if by any chance it did, it would barely connect calls. !! A total waste of money and effort....

I opted for Roam1Mobile sim card for USA and throughout my stay I was only calling the customer care for one issue or the other. Also, the appointed staff is absolutely clueless about basic things like recharging process and plans. My sim wasn’t catching any signals for the first 3 days and on calling the customer care continuously, instead of giving me a solution, she just said that it would take a day more. Having experienced this with Roam1Mobile, I would like to warn everyone. Their process of online recharge is so complicated that you will literally be lost in the process and in turn also lose the recharge value as well. The transaction will never complete but you will surely lose your money in the attempts. Never use their services it’s wasting a lot of money!...

Roam1Mobile is the worst when it comes to student solutions. I had used it only for 3 months until I realised that they were inflating the bill by almost 20% everytime and directly debiting on dad’s credit card despite giving them standing instructions of payment by chq. Such cheats and frauds!!...

Have you heard of this company called Roam1Mobile? IF not, then you have saved yourself from the frauds that they carry out in the name of selling convenience to customers who look for affordable solutions for their international travels. With their so affordable Malaysian plan, where they credit 1100rs after you pay some 3500 rs, the credit never happens and try as much as you can, they will never agree on this !! As a student i thought it wud be easy for me to take a connection before i actually landed cz i won’t have issues with history and all the tedious US processes. So my dad got me a Roam1Mobile student connection for US. They painted a rosy picture or itemised billing, cheap call rates and what not, but when i got my second bill everything was clear. They overcharged us for all the calls, even incomings. Billed me for internet pack twice...

Roam1Mobiles are really really really bad with their customer services. I bought their Malaysian plan which entitled me for some initial credit of some 1100 rs or something, which they told me wud be adjusted while i make calls. Turned out i recharged my sim thrice, spent all the recharge money and still got no initial credit that they were liable for. On calling their customer support they said i had made one 20 min call to Singapore and...

I used Roam1 Mobile SIM card for my trip to US (USA Standard 30 with BB). The only good thing that they did was delivering the SIM on time and I think that was where it just ended! Call quality throughout the trip was unsatisfactory! Most of the time the sim showed no network! I kept restarting my phone to make it work but of no use! We have complaint to their customer service a million times but have not got any respite from them. Very dissapointed...

I had read the plans by Roam1 Mobile on their website and hence opted for their plan as it seemed economical and good. It was pure torture cz when I had used their card the recharge got over within a few calls I made. I made several calls and written complaints, but none of my concerns for correct billing were addressed! Never use this service people. They are a lie and a sham!...

Roam1 Mobile has ensured that their rudest staff are in their customer care centre, who wud just never let you finish stating ur issue. I opted for Malayasia Grand plan which is for Rs 2, 250 in which i was supposed to get Rs1, 703 talktime. But in reality I was able to use only a few hundreds of the 1, 703 talktime and when I called the customer care they in return pointed a finger at me calling me a liar and refused to help at all. People please think a 100 times before using student plans offered by Roam1Mobiles. They will claim to be affordable but clearly after sending us a bill for 17k for a month, affordability goes flying out of the window. Also when i emailed seeking a detailed bill for the same, i got a hopeless email stating that since the bill servers are down, they wont be able to process my request for a few days. Its been 10 days now with no revert yet!!...

My dad got me a student plan for Singapre from Roam1Mobile considering that it wud be easy for him as well as for me, but when they slammed a bill for 17k for a month when actually I used it only for 15 days and showed a record of calls for those 15 days also when I was in India, we realised that it was nothing but fraud. We ultimately got the contract canceled!!...

Roam1 Mobile has the worst plans when it comes to US. I bought their US SIM Card by paying an upfront of 5700 rs with guaranteed 3900rs talktime!! But when i started using the sim, there was hardly any 1500rs talktime and on contacting the cust centre, they said the promised money was credited but looks like it never got credited to my number. Total waste of my money and not to mention such poor services !!...
