Rose N Cakes — Demanding of extra charges after paying the price for product.

I had already paid for the product through there website and then received mail stating that extra delivery charges are required. I don't think it is ethical to do so after paying the amount for the services. after denying to pay the extra charges they are imposing cancellation charges on the product.
