Rose N Cakes — Not getting refund after cancelling the cake ordered | |||||
Respected sir/madam gratings of the day from evelyn lopes dear sir with a great pain and highly disappointed mind i would like to inform you about rose n cakes website .Dear sir on 1st march my son 1st b'day was there .On 28 feb 2017 i ordered a online cake on www.Rosencakes.Com dear sir before i could place a order i did a online chat on their website with madam sofi according to her instruction hammering tom jerry cake was available to deliver on 1st march at 4:30 pm .After conforming with her i did online payment also .Soon after the payment is done after 5 minutes she is messaging me by saying that ordered cake is not available for delivery .Finally she gave me a option of less cost cakes only were i paid more money for selected one. I was disappointed with her service & i felt no use talking with her more for that reason i called on their [protected] number & madam neha received the phone .My god that movement while talking she broke my heart the way she spoke i was literally in tears she made me to cry on that day it was my worst experience .After that i asked them to cancel my order with in 1 hour i sent a mail also to them .Very next day on 1st march they sent me a mail by saing that with in 2 days they refund my money but till today i have not received any money from them they are not even answering my mail neither my call .Dear sir i request from you kindly take a action on them because their are lot many other people who suffered because of their service and they are not giving money back my order details :- product name:-hammering tom jerry product code :-rnv2 quantity:- 1 order amount:-3299/- payment id :[protected] merchant order:-6154 merchant transaction identifier:-6154 fraud people details :- rose n cakes, website registration on new delhi-1100034 email:[protected]@gmail.Com web site:-www.Rosencakes.Com tumlare plot no.-8, 1st floor grag plaza, dda commercial comples road no.44 pitam pura rani bagh delhi-110034 phone no.:-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

May 19, 2017 Vivek Pansari's response worst service, no proper communication, not able to deliver on time, do not know how to talk to a customer, they use unparliamentary language. They did not delivery the cake also and not refunded my money too, till taking the money they were good, once receiving the money, they started telling one or the other things., before making the payment we gave all the address and etc., info, they told everything will be done in a right way. giving one star because it does not allow us to post
