I ordered a combo in Februray and my amt was deducted twice. Your customer representative Ms. sofia helped me to order it and she provide a direct payment link through which i ordered. When first i made the payment is shows failure n she asked me to do the payment again. I got transaction deduction twice so confirmed her whether its deducted twice.So she informed that its once only. They received the payment once. i tried your helpline no.also but due to some issue with your no. couldn't connect. Same issue i informed my bank so at that time they refunded my money. But today they deducted again as saying u guys shown them proof that i ordered twice.(which means u received the payment twice at very same day, but didn't informed me and refund me.) Now u guys check that how many times u deliver the same product to me. Even i have proof from payumoney that money deduct twice on same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
