I placed the order for cake and flowers through rose n cake and what they delivered is just cake. I paid extra rs for delivery and what they delivered is a wrong product. There was just cake and no flowers. My money went for a toss. They aren't attending to my calls and mails and blocked my no. Look into this asap. I need a refund of the money.
Also the quality of the cake delivered is not good. I looked like a fool and the whole surprise thing went hay why. My trust was broken and i asked this site owners before placing the order if the site and delivery is authentic and they said and afterwards this whole show happened. Was this information helpful? |
