Rose Valley — Not get the money back after maurity

I have invested Rs 32000 in Rose valley deposit scheme. Maturity date was 05/10/2014, Application NO "06H[protected] " and Rs 26000 in the name of my mother Ila Dutta, maturity date was 28/10/2014 NO " 060219/HABRA" I have not got the maturity value.
