Royal Enfield — 2 free are not provided by dhone automobiles (royal enfield)

Hi Team!
This is for your kind information that I purchased Royal enfield 350cc on 4th sep 2019. In this company gives 4 free services to the customer for 1 year. but due to covid i have taken only 2 services as iam in hometown with my family from mar2020 to till June2021 & unable to take services. And now the company is denying to gives that free services as they told that the offices are opened during covid times as well.

So i kindly request you to please do necessary action on my problem and I am hoping a positive reply from your side.
