Royal Enfield — 500km service in Thailand - oil change

Dear Sir/madam,

I just got my first service og my meteor, and I've seen countless videos on the service and how it should be done, but this center in Pattaya, the mechanic drained the oil, out a new dry oil filter in the bike, added 2, 2 liter of oil and started up, checked for leaks and was done..

No checking the oil level, when asked if it was not only 1, 7 - 1, 9 liter me just say no it's for the filter.

Now driving, idling, off, hot or cold my oil level of above max and they refuse to take out some oil as it's clearly overfilled.

I know it's under warranty but still I would like the bike to be good not repaired..

I hope that you can educate the mechanics better in Thailand so the follow your procedure and do the service correctly.

Best regards,

Michael
