Dear Royal Enfield,

I am writing you after 2 months of painful failed attempts of roaming around your service centres for getting a battery cover for my thunderbird 350x red which accidently fell somewhere while driving. Your never connecting helpline numbers added pain in my grief.
With a very little hope if possible please contact me to courier me the required part or make it available in dhanbad(jharkhand) service center.
