While booking the dealer has promised us to deliver the Vehicle within 60 days and assured to deliver before 15th Jan2021.

After the due date we have contacted many times by phone calls and directly visited the dealers and asked the delivery status. First of all they are not responding to phone calls when tried, sometimes they refer to so many people to contact and the concerned person not lifting the phone calls. Particularly the showroom Manager has not lifted the phone calls for many attempts.
