I have made a booking with Royal enfield app with booking amount of 10000, but later decided to take some other vehicle due to their continuous delay. I have called many times to take cancellation request but the call center guys only looking for sales. And they informed that respective team will call back, which they never did in last two months. I have emailed them, still no use. Since I made a booking online, they are not sure on the cancellation part and even royal enfield decided to just eat my money without even bothering about it for last four months. I have made a booking on April.
