Royal Enfield — Booking of Meteor stellar black 350 at Ambey motors, Patna on 07.02.2021

I have booked the above mentioned for purchase before 31st March 2021 under LTC encashment scheme of Central government employee vide receipt no.5310 dt 7.2.2021on their promise to deliver before 31st March 2021. But it appears that they have made a false promise. Please let me know the exact position.
