My complaint is with respect to the substandard service carried out by Royal Enfield Authorised service Centre in Udupi, Karnataka - Brahmi Motors. I had given my Royal Enfield 350 bullet to service. They have charged for new fuel tank but on close notice I saw that its an old tank repainted. The same is with the Fender or Mud guard. Even after repeated request they didnt agree. I am attaching the Bill and job card for your reference. Can you help me here and please inform the Head office of Royal Enfield. My number is [protected].
