Royal Enfield — Build quality is below average

Model : 2012 On 3rd service(after 9 months o[censored]sage) when I contacted Service engineer of St.Marys motors Chittoor road, Ernakulam for rust issue on silencer, they told that now a days the build quality is below average and they are getting more complaints like this but we don't get any replacement from company. Most of the people are modifying/altering the silencer so they are not aware of this issue. Contacted Mr.Bino P Job, Territory Service Manager. Mobile: [protected]. He is asking proof regarding the discussion on October 2012. This is one mode of cheating customers. Please direct/advice me how I will get compensation for this.
