Royal Enfield — CASE9377904Z0Z3Z8 - Amalapuram Royal Enfield Authorized Service Center discrepancies on vehicle delivery and Servicing

Dear Royal Enfield Support Team,
As discussed on yesterday toll free number [protected] - provide request number with status update
I am Vinod Kumar having Royal Enfield Electra Registered num KA 09 EW 4314
proper near Razole in east godavari district, AP - 533244 gave bike for servicing in SHRI JAYA LAKSHMI AUTOMOBILES, AMALAPURAM 533201 as its near i.e. commute 60 kms far from my place to authorised service center.
So 1st week of Oct and the bike is with them for more than a week as they requested more time excluding 3 days which i am available in person in service center but and issues we have raised not at all solved completely and existing condition of the bike got deteriorated.They generated the bill on 13th october and the issues were partially fixed we came to know few days as they suggested but after couple of weeks the issues came up again.
before receiving a bike in last month servicing:1. All reported issues are not resolved - first delivery missed due to this issue and the fix needed more time as they said so i left the bike for them and came back for some personal travel in this pandemic situation 2. head light dim issue in log vision which worked properly both visions of head light - second delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back3. head light dim issue in log vision fixed but short vision had issue again and wires came outside and objected to taking right turn and off headlight in this situation - third delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back 4. headlight working status came to as is before giving servicing and water wash not done seems to be - fourth delivery accepted as they said issues will resolve slowly and said if anything you can come back to us so we will fix those.

So second time we gave back bike to the service station on 19th october and they asked time to fix the issues we gave all the time and they couldn't fix and the bike is with them almost 10 days and they failed to deliver the bike for 4 times, whenever we went to take delivery of bike, they failed to live upto the expectations... they made us to travel 60 kms to get the bike in this pandemic situation for more than a week.This is very irritating and we didn't expect this blunder from royal enfield Repeatedly and this is something serious concern from customers view and please look into this issue ASAP
before receiving a bike in this month servicing:1. A plug water issue caused the bike to not start while servicing completed and in water wash so unable to test from our end and come back - first delivery missed 2. They called us bike starting and come and collect but when we asked them the fix "they said change new wiring kit will resolve this issue permanently" they said this when collect bike and kit not available so they took 3 days to get it and fix it so bike is with them all these days - second delivery missed due to this permanent solution purpose3. when called to collect they said to wheel tuning and battery cover set its not looking good - third delivery missed due to this and came back 4. when asked to collect on last saturday(i.e. 28th Nov 2020) speedometer and odometer not working, and disk break in test drive they need some time but they sent message to my mobile like delivered and checkout gate pass when asked pay bill and take bike we will resolve this issue if you come on monday so i said kep with you and let me know once resolved - forth delivery missed
external changes i made in this 2 service period:1. royal enfield original silencer when the bike is with them Oct as my original silencer damage as suggested to change this outside by showroom 2. front wheel tire with tube in between gap both last month and this month servicing as they suggested to change this outside.

Note : 1. bike collecting purpose: we need to travel 60km with another safe transport each time in this pandemic situation even if we convey the same but they do not understand.2.As of now more than half month bike is with them and understand my inconvenience 3. billing/delivery they are doing without informing and its not completed 4. attached bill made last last month and enter day as same day work done on 13th Oct5. few issues blaming us we spoiled if we are planning to take vehicle or and what ever work done is not trustable noticed disc brake oil change in Oct servicing5. parts are not available is the only answer for most of the repair example wiring kit, battery case, etc
Just think from my end all the above issues, Is anyone visiting this service center again with this kind of behaviour ?
My vehicle is with the service center More than 15 days each time.
Please find the attached bill and job card for recent servicing, and my Vehicle is in service center now.

Finally they delivered vehicle today (4th Dec 2020) night. Job Card Number 2445 (attached), Job Card Date: 20th Nov 2020.

Vehicle is completely with service center In this Period and about to complete 3 weeks continuedly for tomorrow.

My question here is Why Job card date changed in below 3 Bills provided date wise: its intentional not mistake

3rd Dec 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 3 and sent delivered message to mobile
28th Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 2 and sent delivered message to mobile
23rd Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 1 and sent delivered message to mobile

even clearly talk o them make it clear. even last time they did same mistake.
13th Oct 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill and sent delivered message to mobile even vechile is with them couple of weeks.

My final conclusion is Shri Jaya Lakshmi Automobiles Amalapuram - 533201 is not fit for Authorized service center to protect Royal Enfield brand.

Fifth delivery also missed today as well :( due to working things got damaged after their repair.
So left vehicle at Royal Enfield showroom
