[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Chassis cracked | |||
My 2011 model royalenfield classic 350 chassis has cracked and is now in the service centre.I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents.I have never heard or seen any kind of this proble in any other bikes in a short period of time.When contacted the regional service manager for replacement he says the whole part and service should be bourne by the customer and company wont do anything.This is purely a manufacturing quality issue.I need the part to be replaced by the company. I got a call from MR Ashok (regional service manager) on 19/9/2015.He assure me that the company is willing to give free chassis on bassis of good will and mutually agreed for Rs 3000 towards services in changing the chassis and delivery of the same after completion.
I had agreed for the same and based on their request I hereby like to withdraw the complaint i had filed against royal enfield on behalf of the broken chassis.

hell i m riding the bullet since last 15 yrs and changed 3 bikes and all three were have the company mistakes and so poor performanse, the service centres do not understads the consumer problems and do not take much attension .this bike is totally bakwas bike and the persion on the top are blind. they r just for marketing and sales of bike.so now poor performance bullet bike available in market and day by day finally no body will purchase this ghatiya and bakwas bike.this not the problem of now a days but the problem of since eicher company has taken over royal enfield.so finally i decided to purchase another good bike other than the bullet...bye bye bullet ...

There is no quality requirement in made in india products if its in other european countries, This kind of complaints will be nill or minimal
Also there is no response in filing in this forum .I think its just of no use
